Entrepreneurship can be intimidating; it comes with uncertainty, risk, and responsibility. You're often stepping into uncharted territory, making decisions without guaranteed outcomes. Exposure to other entrepreneurs sparks creativity. Seeing different approaches, industries, and problem-solving methods can inspire new ways of thinking about your own ideas. It reinforces that innovation isn’t about having one perfect idea, but about iteration, learning, and persistence.
We asked each participant to write their “why” on sticky notes during the brunch; every entrepreneur has a reason – a “because” – for creating and innovating. To be able to take a glance into your peers' brains and see what they are working through can be a great inspiration for the entrepreneurship journey.
